Seatrack’s Route Management function is designed to create courses either directly onto a chart or via a waypoint library.

If time permits, it is normally preferable to create a course directly onto the chart. For inshore racing, however, when courses may have to be created within 5-6 minutes of the start gun, it is likely to be faster and more practical to create the course from a library of waypoints. These may be created and edited from within Seatrack, be directly downloaded from a GPS or be uploaded to a GPS.
